This program offers you the convenience of receiving all your routine medications together, and gives you access to personalized care through dedicated time with your pharmacist on a regular basis.
You can optimize your medication therapy through the Custom Renewals program. The program allows for:
- CONVENIENCE: Save time and make fewer trips to the pharmacy. Pick up your medications all in one visit. The pharmacy will prepare all your routine medications to be received at one time during your medication pick-up appointment or through delivery.
- SAFETY: Potential issues such as side effects, drug interactions, and adding or removing medications can be better monitored and managed. The pharmacy will contact you 5 to 7 days before your scheduled medication pick-up appointment to check whether any changes in medications or health need to be taken into account.
- CONSULTATIONS: During your medication pick-up, you will receive private, dedicated time with your pharmacist who will answer any questions and address any concerns you may have.
